A new paper in the Annals of Internal Medicine states:

The published literature lacks strong evidence that organic foods are significantly more nutritious than conventional foods. Consumption of organic foods may reduce exposure to pesticide residues and antibiotic-resistant bacteria.

Limiting the time we spend sitting to just three hours a day could add an extra two years to life expectancy, experts calculate. But how useful is this estimate?

Probably impossible to measure these things. But I really like the message – Less sitting, more moving, and lift some weights!
