The following are a summary of some of the techniques I use. These have been learned either during the Masters Degree course at University or at further education seminars.
Adjustments (Manipulation)

Directly easing tension and restriction on the nerves themselves

Kinesio-taping
Elasticated taping – used not only for sport but also postural and chronic pain problems
