The following are a summary of some of the techniques I use. These have been learned either during the Masters Degree course at University or at further education seminars.

Adjustments (Manipulation)

Post-Isometric Relaxation: gentle assisted stretching

Nerve Mobilisation Techniques

Directly easing tension and restriction on the nerves themselves

McKenzie Technique

Exercise therapy for disc problems

Kinesio-taping

Elasticated taping – used not only for sport but also postural and chronic pain problems
